Unfortunately that's not how they tend to work

They'll be tied into contracts and futures forever so there is no risk at all, upside or downside
I was intrigued and checked their annual report. The muppets actually had much higher finance cost due to unhedged exposure to FX swing! So the first poster was actually loosely right. That aside any hedges they do take (fx or basis rate) are gonna cost so much more in this market

Wanting between 6-9 billion.

Needs a full stadium revamp ontop.

Carrington needs rebuilding.

Players need to be bought.

Liverpool also on the market as competition for a bidder.

Lol good luck.

Mostly accurate, however, the majority of their players are products of their academy....

They just don't get it mate at all, they think that they can just go out and buy Mbappe for £250m and stick two fingers up to FFP-the rule that they and others were so much in favour of to slow City down! Their revenue wont grow much further than it already is to cover the amount on transfers that they expect.

God bless FFP!
Their fans think they'll get Mbappe?
They're M barmy....
:- ).

I'm confused heard rags on the radio slagging fake Ronaldo because what he said about the club yet they were the ones who got a game called off with the exact same message. Weird fuckers.

Will be interesting to see what happens if Jim ratcliffe puts in a bid. Seeing as the cycling world is getting a bit of hard time at the moment for using the likes of shell and ineos for sponsorship.

By the way the plastic referred to in the video is the material not rags

Why would you sell a cash cow? Millions of idiots buying tatty merchandise and turning up for one game in a lifetime. They spend nothing on the infrastructure because there is no value added, just hope the morons that support them keep turning up.
Exactly. Milk the plastics. No brainer for them to keep it

Ah yes. Possibly - hadn’t considered that option - but after his interview I thought maybe they’d rather make him suffer by benching him unless they could sell him.
That would have been nice to see. I think it's a win - win situation for us though, as the pair of them come out looking like cunts ; )

Pop stars/film stars ? 8 billion of their own money, nah don't see it.
Dubai, like I say, why spend all that when you could get Leeds for millions, the middle eat go for growth and profit.
The Ineos bid for Chelsea was never a serios one, proper business men don't bid after the deadline, that was a look at me statement. A pint at the Grey Horse says he does not buy them.
Moving them to a purpose built complex... where ? City and United were offered the COMS, we had the sense to say yes. They were too proud, Old Trafford etc etc wankers etc.
800 mill gets you a new stadium, on top of your 8 billion hmmm
Fair enough. I don’t think they would hold out for 8 billion, they’d get a huge profit selling for 3 or 4.
The best place to move to would be Godalming, where their supporters are. There is still a lot of land on the old docklands but I dont know what the plans are there.
