Looking for a few tips, you're correct about the emphasis on time, I was constantly looking at the times on my phone whilst I was running to see how I'm getting on, suppose just trying to beat the time I got previously...
I went out yesterday morning and didn't use any apps, I just listened to music and done was I could and I enjoyed it more.
Starting off as basically a beginner again, any tips on how many days a week you'd recommend running, should I be doing it every day or every second day?
My aim is to be able to do 5k in a decent time, should I be looking to complete 5k when I'm going out even if its walking and running or just do what I can do?
Any help is much appreciated.
