Nasri always do well when playing in the middle.

No idea why on earth you think this - probably answers your question......
I cant think of a single redeeming feature that Nasri has - and I thought that before we wasted money on him.

THE only reason Nasri is performing a little better now is that his agent has told him he's in the shop window.

when he is good,he is a gem. i think he needs a 1 on 1 motivator!
He needs to be played through the centre as a matter of importance. His quality is utilised best there.
I think he's playing for a move personally.
This ^^^
I hate slagging off one of our own, but the bugger just shits me every time I watch him play. All the class in the world, none of the application. Plays like he's bored and afraid to get hit; no balls, half-paced and whiny.
Chalk it up as a gamble worth taking, but time move on.
Disappointing. Capable of great things.
You've bumped a 3 year old transfer thread bud, he's got his own player thread in the main forum; http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/player-thread-samir-nasri-2014-15.287675/Bumping this one. Where will Nasri fit in the squad now under Pep?
Agreed.oh yes he does
For his National side yes... his attitude seems to be pissed off at not being selected (I think he stirred up/sided with trouble in the 2010 world cup). But other than that mistake, he really seems to be extremely loyal to City.... and doesn't seem to have caused any problems in our squad that I'm aware of.I'd sell him. He's excellent at retaining the ball, but I don't see him playing that much and his attitude is poor to say the least.
Agreed.
I just wonder if Nasri has been told by Pellers/Mancini not to try to take on defenders one-on-one.
In his last year at Arsenal, Nasri was very aggressive going forward, and was at one point the best - or one of the best - players in the world.
At City, Nasri seems almost never to have tried to beat defenders one-on-one... I wonder how great he might have become under different management.
LOLwut?No, no he wasn't.
it's not beyond the pale that Nasri might even win the B'allon D'or under Pep.
Agreed.

I never understand why people claim he's got attitude, it seems more the case that people just keep repeating it and then take it for fact when it's not the case at all.I'd sell him. He's excellent at retaining the ball, but I don't see him playing that much and his attitude is poor to say the least.
For someone with a poor attuidude I don't I've heard of one story of him causing trouble at City by himselfI'd sell him. He's excellent at retaining the ball, but I don't see him playing that much and his attitude is poor to say the least.
