Back to the drawing board then

Corinthians announced late on Tuesday he quit hiring Argentine Carlos Tevez. In a statement, the club said there was no longer able to carry...
From some journalist called Lauro Jardim, something I've just stumbled upon

Corinthians gave up the hiring of Carlos...
That's pretty much how I read it, that negotiations are at an end or at least coming to an end and that the documents have to be filed within the next say 12 hours or its off
Not sure if this has been posted or if this is reliable but it is interesting

Although Corinthians and Manchester City deny the proximity of an agreement for Carlos Tevez to return...
Good, if brief, article shedding a bit more light on how Corinthians could afford Tevez. Judging from the comment about the strength of the real, my guess is that Corinthians are partly banking on Tevez being sold in a couple of years before the currency weakens and they are financially crippled...
Can someone clarify if our asking price is 50 million pounds or euros? Because f theyre offering 45 million euros and our asking price is 50 million pounds then I think we should push for a few more million to take it over the 40 million pound barrier.
Just thought I'd share two epic regens I got. Mohamed I got for 3 million when he was 18 and Vrankovic for 1.3 when he was also 18.

Sorry for the links, can't figure...
Completely agree. The play will no longer be centralised through one selfish yet genius player and hopefully goals will be spread out across the team. We will still rely on a striker or two to get most of the goals, the 80% you mention, but as I believe the team will chip in more the loss of one...
Can see chelsea going for him, I reckon hed choose working with Boas over Madrid, that mans got the mourinho factor where players are loyal to him it seems
Just had a look at the squad from 2007, it is ridiculous. The players that are now playing for top clubs or are relatively well known:
Romero, Fazio, Insua, Banega, Zarate, Aguero, Moralez, Di Maria, Piatti, Acosta
Maybe a bit apprehensive that if we do and then it turns out Tevez doesn't go and also doesn't put the effort in/gets injured, we're lumbered with two sets of high wages. Not to mention we might be in the market for another striker as well, so for me it makes sense to see how the Tevez situation...
That would then leave Hernandez nowhere. Sneijder to United is a weird one for me, unless baconface is thinking he can use him in central mid (where IMO he would be far too lightweight for the Prem). He would be a much better bet coming to use where we can play to his strengths.
