Yep, you don't need Blue Membership to buy tickets. As long as you have your supporter number. Last season, I set up a few friends accounts online to get them tickets for the early round cup matches and you just get sent a paper ticket.

Blue membership comes with Match Priority as standard now, thus making it a bit pointless.
