They'll only send you the e-mail once they've got confirmation of the received payments. It's a three day cycle.

You can check exactly what dates your payment(s) are due by logging into your account on the official site.

Sign in by going through "Tickets & Seasoncards" (not the homepage) then "Tickets" - "My Account" - "Direct Debit" where it lists the dates. My payments are due 15 July, 16 Sept, 15 Nov & 17 Feb so this will be the same for everyone who chose the "15th".

I've logged into mine and the dates are shown as
