Phil is the best English player of his age by far, he had an appendix operation a few weeks ago but the skills he has shown since prove it. Grealish has had a great season, but he only has one position. Palmer and Foden can play centrally or on the right. Palmer might eventually succeed Grealish as our left wing master, but Foden can flit between the forward midfield roles, taking over from Silva, Gundogan, Mahrez, KdB when needed, Pep will make the best use of his talents I am sure. He has shown some great performances this season but a couple of injuries and a non-football related operation held him back.

Sadly for Phil, he's ultimately competing with De Bruyne, B. Silva and Grealish for a place in our 11. De Bruyne is the best player, alongside Gerrard, to have played in the Premier League. Bernardo Silva is absolutely world-class, the definition of it when he's on song, and Grealish is someone who allows space for the likes of Haaland and has quickly become a vital cog in the machine.

But with KDB slowing down and Bernardo probably on his way out, next season could be a huge one for Phil.
Gerrard? Not fit to lace Silva or Yaya's boots, not to mention Lampard, Vieira and one or two who played for 'them'

Didn’t Grealish play centrally for Villa?

Has been the only bright spark over the last couple of games , he looks desperate to play himself into contention for the two cup finals , if Grealish and Foden were both at their best my vote would be Foden for his goal threat , love Grealish and has had a superb season but Foden is the better all round player
Foden can play right sided forward
League cup final against villa he was Mom
Destroyed Liverpool at Anfield couple seasons back too,Inc the explosive goal cutting in on his left foot.

Grealish has to play,imo.

Nice problem to have and agree i think Pep will start Grealish ,i would prefer Foden to start the Wembley final ,local lad who has played loads of derby game coming through the ranks , might give him more edge.
Grealish should definitely start in Istanbul he will torment Milan and win so many free kicks and get their players booked , with Foden then coming off the bench to finish them off :)

Foden on the right side up front should be a no brainier for me to start the FA cup final. Played himself into contention. I have total faith he would show up against United. Bernardo or Gundogan drops out, depending on who Pep feels best to deploy beside De Bruyne.
