Coronavirus (2022) thread

Whenever I gear someone going on about the things @FantasyIreland talks about i can't help shaking my head and looking at the following stark statistics.
BTW The chance of being hospitalised in 48x for the unvaccinated.
The unvaccinated should be charged for their hospital care if they catch covid and get admitted. Wouldnt be quite so many face book virus know alls then thats for sure.

To be honest I've ceased caring about them.
Now peak Covid is over then hopefully they'll all catch Covid over the next month to give the rest of us a chance against the next variant that will come along.
I just wish the health service would state that those who have been vaccinated come at the front of the queue should things get bad. That's the reality in hospitals anyway.

You're not alone, not by a long shot....yet the party line is to put up with it and tell everyone it's the right choice.
I'm nearly 50 years old,but am in great nick through looking after myself with diet and exercise, even the remotest chance i will contract heart/lung or energy issues, from an unproven jab will massively affect my lifestyle and happiness.
Likewise,if the remotest chance should occur....and i contract Covid,i am very content to let my body deal with it,like it has any other virus.

I have not altered my approach to anything since this pandemic kicked off,i havent stopped doing anything i did prior,i mix with the public on transport services everyday, and i go wherever i wish on my days off.
Out of all my fiends and colleagues who have mostly had the vaccine, guess which one of us has never been ill or even tested positive? Obviously i'm hoping it stays that way :-)

Just good luck i suppose....

if you are fit and healthy and you are content to let your body deal with covid, surely you have the same confidence in your body dealing with the side effects of a vaccine.

I am a similar age and all I had was a sore arm for a day or so each time.

Around 1.3 million people say they are suffering from the grim aftermath of the coronavirus, including exhaustion, breathlessness and “brain fog"

*Symptoms , some of , of covid not vaccinations

*Fit and healthy man who has been off work for a year

“I used to run and swim for miles – at one point in my illness, I couldn’t walk upstairs"
