It’s all very well queuing up outside shops on a nice sunny day in April. In November in the freezing cold, with wind and rain battering against customers faces, not so much

I hope businesses and government have come up with ideas and strategies to mitigate this come September onwards as we don’t want people being admitted to hospital with hyperthermia!

I suppose we would see how many people are shopping for essentials. Anyway, no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes. :-)

There appears to be more going around than C19 at this time. One good tip is to stop drinking cold drinks, as these will flush any virus further into your body. Drinking hot drinks has a better chance of killing it, whether Vimto or tea etc. This is being advised in some other countries, and sounds logical.
