We taking advantage of this situation or no?

Wouldn't blame him if he is happy to be paid to chill in the beautiful city of Barcelona, buuuuuut it could also be a strategy to be paid up some/ a lot of his salary at Barca before agreeing to move on.

My gut is that if Pep thought he was integral, he would have talked him round IMHO...........

Yes I know - lot's of the 33 are youngsters, and the system is different to the PL, but really?
 
If Dani Olmo is so good why wouldn't he be in the group that Barca ensured were registered first ? I would have thought that it would be fringe squad players who were unable to be registered Or have I (probably) got it ass backwards ? Surely it's better for him to be playing and for Barca instead of sitting out the rest of the season and going on a free in the summer.

Sounds like you are confusing squad places registration with registration of playing rights.

Players have to be registered in the order they were signed, if you can’t register playing rights, then a club doesn't actually have ownership of the playing rights.
 
Barcelona the only club that comes away with all this bullshit. Buying player after player but won’t pay the ones they have to pay for years while still paying Busquets, Messi and alba
