Nothing to do with acoustics. Away fans regularly sing and are heard from the other side of the stadium

Ss3 seem to start the songs and the rest of the ground join in regularly. As shown today - sing the classic city songs and the ground follow

Some weird takes from Fulham today. Singing that just after we had chanted. And at least 5 minutes after they had chanted owt themselves.

Was sat in the North Stand today, usually sit in SS3, impressive support from the South Stand. Could hear it clearly from the other end of the ground.

Watching on TV here in the US and I thought that the support was fantastic. Even the annoying commentators were going on about the "place erupting" when Haaland scored the disallowed goal. It could be heard loud and clear, especially the "Come on City," and "Blue Moon" when we were still chasing the winner.

Follow follow was a lot louder today than in previous home games and astonishingly it even got going in 201. The great atmosphere today pretty much disproves the oft stated theory on here that singing the wrong clapalong songs at the start of a game stifles the atmosphere for the full 90 mins.

It doesn't ..... as has always been the case, events on the pitch dictate the nature of the atmosphere
