1. Expansion Style
City did consider a "kop" style design for the South Stand expansion but it appears it was rejected on complexity and atmosophere reasons

2. Timing of North Stand Expansion
Starts next October 2015 or 2016 as far as I can see - here the programme plan options

you are indeed, the whole point really. I hope your future posts will not reflect your namesake quite so accurately.Blue Streak said:pfazz said:Anyone know if there is going to be a big public opening when CFA is ready go, seems like an ideal opportunity for some positive publicity for a change.
Am I missing something here? why do people think we are going to open our new training ground in a blaze of publicity? As wonderful as it is and as good as the facilities are, at the end of the day it's a training ground. City aren't the only club building a world class training ground and if was Spurs/Southampton/Leicester I wouldn't be interested in watching it so I wouldn't expect likewise.

Or one of the distribution managers at their wigan depot as stated, it not gonna be for a while, but it seems like it's more than just a rumour.
marco said:as it wont be for a while i'd be very surprised if some bod down at Wigan has top knowledge when his fellow management chums at the Eastlands store have no idea, ''if'' there is some kind of bid for the land from city i can assure you at this stage its locked in a draw somewhere, there will be all sorts of complications if they downgrade store size , city may even compensate staff for loss of employment because job losses would not go down well in the local media it would destroy all we have done, rumour's are rife and its more than likely from stuff that's been posted on here, the Eastlands store has been giving new working contracts for new employee's which would certainly indicate its all bollox at this stage
