Fernandinho (continued)

Re: Fernandinho

Amazingly good fit for our team. Fantastic attitude and just does whatever the team requires of him. And we've seen he can turn on the showy brilliance when needed (e.g. Arsenal game).

Hope Fernan turns in another 5 star performance on Monday to prove to some people who still don't realize just how good he is.

Re: Fernandinho

spent the last 5 months learning not to call him Ferdinandinho ..... when i could have just called him Luiz instead.

Re: Fernandinho

Growing up idolising brazilian footballers, i just thought they were a class about in their play, if we didnt have fernandinho our play would be completely differents, yaya wouldnt scoring so many goals. What stood out for me was when he was on a hat trick, yaya took the penalty and he had no bother for ir. So glad hes showing what he did at his previous club, and developing better every week

Really? I don't find him shy at all. He's got that Brazilian confidence and charisma about him. He'll interview in English, probably his weakest language, and that does take confidence. Quiet maybe but shy I don't think.

He's struck me as a people person tbh. You always see him in the videos regularly striking up conversations and sharing laughs with different teammates not just a certain clique.

Think the lads genuinely love him too judging from their body language.

Negredo even drops his daughter off at his. Tells you all need to know.

I'm sure there's a Daily Mail headline in his t-shirt.

Re: Fernandinho

Seen a few reports on twitter that he is out for tonights game.

Huge loss if thats the case.

Re: Fernandinho

It's impossible to underestimate the importance of this guy. If we have Barry playing alongside Yaya tonight I am shitting a brick. Not that Barry was bad, but Fernandinho is just better and better suited to us. With Fernandinho in, we are too good for Chelsea and we'll win the midfield battle, which means we'll win the game.

I hope not. Just saw someone mention it on twitter that he picked up a knock in training. We really haven't had any luck at all with injuries.
