Do they sell Lyon's or Barry's?
Strangely enough, a couple the big supermarket chains over here in the Boston area sell Barry's and Lyon's. No Tayto though. I have to go to my Irish specialty shop for Tayto's, real Cadbury's etc. (Not the shite version put out by Hershey's). Plus of course the old sausages and rashers...a rare treat these days unless I go back home of course...

The funny thing is that my Irish shop is owned by an Indian family. :) They have an immense selection of stuff there too.

Sorry; back on topic. Fucking Bingo.

Here we go, complaining again.

When will the Spirit of Shankly ever give up?

Abdication of leadership by Premier League and Liverpool FC

The club were left in a near-impossible situation. There was no mandate from the Premier League, just a “strong ‘suggestion” to play the anthem, and they must bear responsibility too. They are part of a working group to tackle tragedy chanting and have now potentially destroyed the good work done to this point by capitulating to pressure from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport with their “suggestion”.

So next season when Liverpool make a 'strong suggestion' for a minutes silence around their Hillsborough anniversary, can the opposition club suggest not to play it as their fans might interrupt it and would be afraid of the media backlash. Then Liverpool could blame the FA for forcing the minutes silence on the opposition

Surely football authorities and clubs must now know that tgese maqkish tributes , minutrmes silences, anthems for monarchs should be kept well away from match days

This is for any lurking RAWK bellends.

Nothing says you don’t care about City and we leave you cold more than writing page after page of posts repeatedly telling each other that, especially those of you that write huge paragraphs saying how little our success bothers you.

Can you please not upset them and not offer an opinion, otherwise they will be complaining about their mental health and tragedy chanting. Also the local MP will get involved an a strongly worded statement from ‘The Spirit of Shankly’ group in condemnation.

Their pain is palpable.

I love rawk....its...so....errrr....

These are obviously financial cheats, but I watched that game today and all I could think of was how many players might be on drugs here. I don't really care if that sounds conspiracist, but I've felt it for a while.

And it's not just City either. Both these teams in general just seem a little off to me. Madrid have a crazily high average age, play 60 odd games every single season, and yet produce a ridiculous level in the big games. Where's the fatigue or loss of legs?

And then on the other side, City play more games than any other club in the sport, have a smaller squad than you'd think and also show minimal fatigue. Their players are rarely injured, and when they do have injuries, they always come back extremely quickly.

Compare the ridiculous physical condition that Modric is in (still running as hard as Valverde and Camavinga) to James Milner, who's a model pro and a year younger, yet now looks like me getting around the pitch.

Compare DeBruyne, who's nearly 32 and relies on power as much as his passing, to someone like Henderson. Again, Jordan is a model pro, but he looks like his legs have at least partially gone, whilst DeBruyne is still dominating the PL, dragging City out of the shit in the CL and showing no signs of slowing down.

Of course it's all wild speculation, and fine if people think it's a bit out there, but I can't help feeling that performance enhancing substances are more rife than anyone really wants to imagine.
