That's simply horrendous and sadly will still be full of crackheads a majority of the time.Hopefully that will be the new Piccadilly Gardens when the council and their chosen architects eventually make the new plans for Piccadilly Gardens public. At least the concrete pavillion is now being redeveloped, and the grass areas have been returfed.
