Don't think city try and buy players on the cheap, they normally have a valuation what they will go upto.. 50 million probably fair on today's market, especially when you see some of the shite united have blown big money onCity will need to pay £50M + add ons, so maybe you’ll get better value else where. White went to Arsenal for £50M but we had cover for him, not so Cucarella. He was our player of the season and has four years left on his contract, so Mr Bloom will have his serious poker face on. He cares deeply for the club (believe his whole family are fans going back generations) and is hugely ambitious. The dynamic isn’t the same as a typical selling club who look to just make profit such as Southampton, Leeds etc. He will have a fee in mind and if we don’t meet it then cucurella will stay. Its that simple I hope city have learnt their lesson from last year with Kane and either meet the price or move on to another target quickly if they deem the price too high.
He’s played virtually 90 minutes of every game last season. He never seems to stop running, he is a top class wing back, with a beautiful first touch. Brilliant defensively but then charges off down the wing, overlapping and getting crosses into the box. He was the player's player and fan’s player of the year, which says it all. We don’t have anyone else like him, and like I’ve already said Bloom cares more for BHA than he does about his personal wealth. He would only sell for big money if he genuinely thought it would somehow benefit the Albion, so unfortunately for City it means you’ll probably get better value for money else where.
