Sure it was but I think they knew what was going to happen. After winning the first game in heart stopping manner, Mets got shutout in the second game. Actually the Mets starting pitcher did well. He only gave up one run in six innings. Mets just didn’t hit and think they weren’t too arsed..That must have been a heart-wrenching day’s watch for Arizona fans.
Tigers take the first game against the Astros. Feels like a fairytale story in the making with the Tigers. I guess having the best pitcher in baseball helps, but i never expected to be watching baseball in October.

Cleveland, Detroit, and Kansas City all through from the AL Central. Maybe the White Sox season wasn’t really that bad…

I think he will yes. 5 days rest and he's been so dominant it gives them a great chance to get off to a strong start in the series.Can't put anything past them now, surely? He'll start game 1, apart from being their Ace he'd also be available for game 3 too.

Normal rest will have him pitching in game 2 and that seems to be what it’s looking like right now, although I wouldn’t be too surprised if that changes. I’m a Guardians season-ticket holder, so will be at both games this weekend. Looking forward to seeing Skubal pitch, not seen him live yet. I think it’ll be a wild series.He'll start game 1, apart from being their Ace he'd also be available for game 4 too (if necessary)
