Nasri

I don't think we have much choice but to keep him, as I can't think of anyone who would buy him off us. He's on huge wages, fancies himself a world beater, has a terrible reputation and generally blows hot and cold
Good luck with the fishing.

Very under valued by us blues. I think he will be very good under Pep, could be molded into the Xavi role - he does not lose possession, can beat a man and has good vision. IMO it would be stupid to sell him without seeing him under the new manager.

As he was out injured for so long some people seem to think his talent has multiplied by 10. Good player but inconsistent simple as that.

How is that fishing? Who would buy him then if it's so obvious? Because I'm genuinely struggling to see who would. Then again, we live in a world where we might be able to sell Kolarov, so I suppose anything is possible

Yeah.....but....but.........no one will be inconsistent under Pep.

I'm stunned at the number of players who are going to improve when Guardiola arrives.

When Pep arrives there are some players I will be delighted if they leave (Bony and Kolarov amongst them).
Some like Zab who I will be sorry to see go but think it would be for the best. Some like Hart who I would be very sorry to see go
Nasri is quite simply one who if he stays gets his head down and plays like he can when he is on form I will be happy for him to stay but if the powers that be decide that he ain't what we want I will wish him well but not be sorry if he goes.
He is a talented but rather erratic player who doesn't really fill me with passion either way.

This is it. Good player but far from a complete midfielder and he can be lazy and undisciplined in defence (the reason why Mancini wanted to punch him in the face)!

Isn't Nasri's play style similar to Mario Goetze's? If it is indeed, then I really cannot see Pep playing him. He does have a good pass and dribble in him but Pep demands high intensity pressing and possession football throughout 90 minutes. Don't know what tactics Pep is going to implement but from what I've seen so far, he like his wingers quick and dynamic, so he's not cut out for the wings either.
Not to mention, we already have two world class AM's in Merlin and De Bruyne. So I can't see Nasri being more than just a rotation player, at best.
