Oasis reunion

Anyone for Croke Park this weekened?

I'm really regretting not paying £900 now for two tickets last August when I got to the head of the queue.

Looks epic.

Any spares (unlikely) give me a shout
Cracking Day out yesterday - down on the bus from Belfast, parked up at a decent pub, few beers, walked up to Croke Park (all very well organised) - great sets by Cast and Ashcroft then the main men who were absolutely superb several beers more then back on the bus and home in bed for about 2 a.m. Beers were €8 pint which all things considered I was happy enough with. Some of the merchandising though I thought was a bit eye watering - £40 for a bucket hat FFS

Re Fields of Gold - Each to their own but we did this last year and it really wasn’t good. Quality of the tribute bands was pretty poor, beer hugely overpriced and literally opened from a box in front of me.

Wouldn’t recommend personally.
Fair enough. As I say I've never been, just used to watch the cricket there for many many years before we moved.

Can’t be to far away from announcing the 2026 tour, if the rumours are true.
I hope so.
I said loads of times before on here .
I got into them cos my mate knew Tony .
Watched them all over.
Sat next to Liam at palace away in league cup lost 4 nil cos he knew my mate.
Sat in the nelson in the a6 Liam came in with Tony to meet my mate.
To me my mates mate was in a band.and I fucking loved them
She always told me they would be the biggest band ever.
They were .
I didn't watch Liam or noel on there own it didn't feel right I just thought when they split that was it.
But the feeling I had at heaton park was one of the best feelings I've ever had.
Very close to 9320.
Maybe even better
4 weeks or what ever it is later I'm still buzzing.
To watch oasis again and with my daughter was amazing.
Lads I know from city kept saying hello when they walked past.
She kept saying how do you know all these people.
Cos they're the same as me .
What a day.
Please let it happen again

Same issue now with tickets and not being enough
Also prices will be cheaper and as such interest even higher (based on the reviews)

They could play ten nights at Wembley and ten at the etihad and then 6 at knebworth and still sell out in a day

Let’s hope it happens and I’m on the pre-sale!

Dublin on Saturday night was possibly the best gig I've been to, and I've been going for nearly 40 years.

Incredible vibe, the whole north inner city was like a giant Oasis party. Atmosphere was joyous, strangers arm in arm, the streets outside packed with people trying to listen and having their own parties, the band were truly superb, and a Poznan of 80,000 was something I never thought I'd see in Ireland.

A weekend that blew all the cynicism and exhaustion out of me. Pure fun. Like the 90s.

I'm damn near bankrupt but I'd do it again in a heartbeat..

Went to the Sunday Dublin gig with my daughter, it was truly a fantastic day, everything went smoothly, the organization was smooth and the concert itself was just great, fantastic atmosphere, everyone seemed to enjoy it judging by the smiling faces, a memory to cherish - loved the big Man City badge on the stage

Jealous I missed it.
Hopefully not long until they're back. However it probably won't have the same buzz as these concerts if they do come back next year.

From following all things Oasis on social media recently a few things that have struck me are firstly the amount of younger people who wouldn't have been born when Whats the Story came out, who are fans.
Also the friendly atmosphere in the crowd. In a world full of misery and division at the minute, this is rare.
