Although Everton are pushing for full disclosureCoincidence. Nobody (outside of the panel) knows what the decision says as nobody has seen it.

What about a situation where the PL is run by people who don’t know what they are doing? If there was “irrefutable proof” then I cannot see any situation where this would have got to this point.
2+2=115?You are a respected person, who is very well informed on the matter, you tweeted about a possible announcement in the next 4 weeks in September.
In that that time 2 CEO 's have left their position at rival clubs.
Pep in press conference shortly after the alleged breaches were announced, blamed the CEO 's at rival clubs . He even named one, Daniel levy, who has left his position at Spuds. The other Tim Lewis has been huge supporter of FFP .
These are all facts,
2+2=?
Never happen......What about a situation where the PL is run by people who don’t know what they are doing?
As you are fully aware - it’s the principle.
Move on
No one can say for sure if the departures of Levy and Lewis are connected to the case. It does seem unlikely. I don’t think the fact the verdict is public or not is the key factor. It is obvious there has been a sea change in the way investment in clubs is seen. The City saga will have influenced that sea change. Perhaps Lewis just took his ball home out of frustration like he did when he stormed out of the Etihad. Perhaps it is all a co-incidence. Whatever the result there will be lots of reputational damage for some people.Coincidence. Nobody (outside of the panel) knows what the decision says as nobody has seen it.
It’s a fair comment. But one thing we do know for certain is that Masters was stupid enough to ignore his own legal advice in the APT case.If there was “irrefutable proof” then I cannot see any situation where this would have got to this point. Everyone says that when they are in a legal battle.
It might have some incompetents but as the most successful league in world sporting history there are clearly people in and around the organisation, including their legal advisors, who wouldn’t just throw god knows how many tens of millions at an irrefutable case. I can’t see a panel sitting for three months and deliberating/documenting for 9 months either. What about a situation where the PL is run by people who don’t know what they are doing?
Ricky?Just think, there are actually human beings alive in this country right now that know what the verdict is.
In all disputes that go to court or arbitration etc, both sides believe they can win, but one always loses. It might have some incompetents but as the most successful league in world sporting history there are clearly people in and around the organisation, including their legal advisors, who wouldn’t just throw god knows how many tens of millions at an irrefutable case. How can you know that.Coincidence. Nobody (outside of the panel) knows what the decision says as nobody has seen it.

No, the evidence is concluded and nothing else is admissible.Question to our experts.
Can the panel still request clarification from either side once the hearing has concluded or do they make a decision on the evidence they have.
bcause it's not been leaked? How can you know that.
People frequently go against the legal advice they are given for all sorts of reasons. Often not related to the quality of that advice. It might have some incompetents but as the most successful league in world sporting history there are clearly people in and around the organisation, including their legal advisors, who wouldn’t just throw god knows how many tens of millions at an irrefutable case. Of course. But the likelihood of the premier league’s internal and external legal advisors saying “This is not winnable and will cost you £50 million and your credibility” and them pushing on anyway is pretty low, and is backed up by the fact that no decision has been released a year later.People frequently go against the legal advice they are given for all sorts of reasons. At least you now accept it’s possible! :-)Of course. Hope its not as devastating as when we ran out of chipsAgreed, its a huge announcement. Almost as big as the one City made when Jamie Oliver chicken balti pies were coming to the Etihad.
