Nice one Staffs. Spy any rags on there today? :-)This morning's Isabel Trail Parkrun completed in 29:31. Still too warm for me, but glad to be back to sub-30 minutes.
Haha yeah. Got chatting to two of them walking back to the car after today’s run. They’re almost at the ‘don’t care anymore’ phase now but I still got the Grimsby mention in! :-)No. Conspicuous by their absence, funnily enough!
That's brilliant mate!First sub 19 at the Mid Cheshire last night, 18:40. Great course.
Sydney marathon just about to start on tnt4, kicking myself for not doing it
Perfect conditions, old kipchoge used my tactics and blew up around the 32km mark.Just threw it on, conditions looks decent there, only 8 degrees.
Like your namesake, who was always the last to finish the run at training when I used to go and watch in Wythenshawe Park, back in the 60s.After completing the Couch to 5k a few weeks ago I am going to do my first park run tomorrow. I’ve been hoping to run sub 30 minutes, went for a run yesterday and managed 29:29. Three months ago I could barely run for 90 seconds!
