Note; undetected. This time the Polish were fully aware and had to use their air defences, note, 'defences' to protect their people.

You might not be all that concerned, but Tusk most certainly is.

They've been doing similar for years with no repercussions
As an example the cables they’ve been cutting in the Baltic sea

"Maybe" they have regularly used Moldova as a fly over zone so drones arrive at unexpected directions. My gut feeling is that this might have been that. use Poland as a fly over to get back into Ukraine from unexpected directions rather than a direct attack.

im not sure how provable it is one way or another what the end target is unless they can recover that from wreckage.

Gives them the radar mapping they probably were after.

Russia killed people in London and Salisbury and goodness knows how many Oligarchs who have fled Russia have been found dead at homes in the South East.
Russia have committed acts of arson in the UK and across Europe, and even tried to assassinate the CEO of Rhinemetal in Germany.
We did nothing then and won't do anything going forward either unless the Russians invade.
A complete failure of Western policy on Russia. It just encourages Putin to ratchet up to the next level.

FYI wasn't referencing this particular night with Moldova/Romainia but there have been plenty of reports for a long while that Russia have done it.

Im guessing thought the ones that did enter Poland did change directions as only 4 out of 19 were shot down. where did the other 15 go?

They probably just ran out of fuel and crashed, seems they are still finding them, if they were deliberately fired into Poland as a test, they may not have had explosives aboard ?

That would be quite telling about intention and would remove the "accidental" possibilities.
