I can't be arsed ringing. I've managed to get on the site a few times but it takes me to the 2nd page and there are no seasoncard numbers visible to change.

The system is shocking. I will sack it off for a few days until the IT department get back to work on Monday.

Just ahead here at 40, hope systems all sorted soon or we'll be joining the back of a 300 queue for customer services by the sounds of it.

Ben trying online all morning but get:

Error calling membership service (No response from API server)

And zero updates from City on Twitter.

What has happened to City. Totally dysfunctional in every respect!

Now at 167 it's coming down at roughly 2 per minute....good job I've got 1200 mins on my phone.

I've just accepted I won't be making a saving next season but when the site goes up again I'll go for a change of scenery in the £700 range. Should be quite a choice will all those lucky/organised folks relocating to SS3.

They've just tweeted: We are working with our ticketing provider as a matter of urgency to resolve the online issue. We apologise for the inconvenience #mcfchelp

This is very much the norm.

But, it's not unique to City.
