I can't be arsed ringing. I've managed to get on the site a few times but it takes me to the 2nd page and there are no seasoncard numbers visible to change.

The system is shocking. I will sack it off for a few days until the IT department get back to work on Monday.

Just ahead here at 40, hope systems all sorted soon or we'll be joining the back of a 300 queue for customer services by the sounds of it.

Ben trying online all morning but get:

Error calling membership service (No response from API server)

And zero updates from City on Twitter.

What has happened to City. Totally dysfunctional in every respect!

I've just accepted I won't be making a saving next season but when the site goes up again I'll go for a change of scenery in the £700 range. Should be quite a choice will all those lucky/organised folks relocating to SS3.

They've just tweeted: We are working with our ticketing provider as a matter of urgency to resolve the online issue. We apologise for the inconvenience #mcfchelp

This is very much the norm.

But, it's not unique to City.

Phoned up at 8.59, after going through the options I was put in a queue, 47th. Just got through now, relocated from my seat in block 137 to new block 316. £380 season ticket. Can't argue with that

For me the frustration lies with the fact the club are obviously trying to push people down the online route (3D seat viewer / F&F relocate together / texts to say your window is open blah blah blah) yet the reality is that they are once again hopelessly underprepared for the main event.

We've got a billion in the bank, but we've got one person on the phones and a website that crashes because of unexpected demand!!! Shocking and poor planning!!! Position 190 on the phone :-(

Has anyone got through on the phone yet? did they give you any options to move in the new stand or was it just go here or no where?
