Or when they give you a window of time, ‘we will deliver your item between 11.27-12.27 today’, so you arrange your dinnertime to be that hour and they either come at 11am or 1pm.

Then you get an email saying, ‘we tried to deliver between 11.27-12.27 and nobody was home, we will have to arrange another delivery time’.
