well based on the number it’s more like mouth to mouth .Americans and humour, just don’t go hand in hand.

How much would u say in the current Market?Grealish, for all his undoubted ability isn't worthy of being the highest ever fee paid in the Premier league.
I don't blame villa for putting the ridiculous price on his head, it's their right but I would blame City if we were daft enough to pay it.
Anything close to 100m for him is crazy talk.
One pound lower than United paid for Sancho, so we can call them money bags. How much would u say in the current Market?
Cant predict the future but personally cant see villa anywhere near the top 6 any time soon
Considering his age and the fact he's done well for a fairly mediocre team over the last couple of years plus him being English I'd say anything between 65 and 75m and even that is pushing it and mainly down to the sharp increase in fees we've seen recently. How much would u say in the current Market?
My mistake, but no he isn't twice the player Pogba is either.Yes. My reply was to someone who said he isn’t worth more than the current highest premier league transfer. To which he is twice the player he is.
fair enough mate. in that case then, its a question of whether he'd rather compete for europa places or challenge for the title each season. Understand his love for the club, but got to be thinking of his aspirations of being one of the best in the world and winning trophies each season.Actually I can - if they continue to invest well and Dean Smith stays you can see them overhauling the likes of Arsenal and Spurs on the basis they will have bigger transfer budgets and more realistic expectations etc….

How will their transfer budgets be higher? Their income is miles behind Arsenal and Spurs and FFP has put a stop to any significant long-term owner funded spending.Actually I can - if they continue to invest well and Dean Smith stays you can see them overhauling the likes of Arsenal and Spurs on the basis they will have bigger transfer budgets and more realistic expectations etc….
I did say I don't blame villa for their valuation, I'm sure they are doing what's right for their own interests. I would question why City would pay a fee so high. The value of any player is merely what one team asks and another is willing to pay.
Thats why you are the team seemingly closest to signing him, you are prepared to pay more than most.
Tbh id also guess that our owners are only blinking due to this level of payment and what it could do for ffp.
Can you elaborate so I know if I fall on the raggy side or not?... :-)Some proper rag like comments on the past few pages
like Foden?I imagine the Euros may have been discouraging for him if he was minded to stay at Villa. Maybe I'm cynical but if he was delivering the same numbers at City, United, Liverpool or Chelsea then he'd not have been reduced to a bit part super sub role for England.
It was more the belittling of Villa like they arent much really, used to hear shit like that from ragsCan you elaborate so I know if I fall on the raggy side or not?... :-)
He was 4/5 to join us yesterday and has slightly drifted to near enough Evens now with Skybet.FWIW, and don't shoot the messenger lol, the same source that said we'd won the CAS appeal last year a day or so before we officially found out is saying this is a done deal. Apparently, a fair few have lumped on off the back of that. Personally, I'm never 100% convinced until it's on the club website but just thought I'd put it out there.
Not guilty :-)It was more the belittling of Villa like they arent much really, used to hear shit like that from rags
Can't have been many lumping on then!He was 4/5 to join us yesterday and has slightly drifted to near enough Evens now with Skybet.
It is just ridiculous how people rate Grealish so highly. Pogba yes he has been inconsistent for United but sometimes when he is on form you see that he has undoubted abilities. For someone to say Grealish is worth twice as much as pogba is laughable, what has grealish actually achieved in football ?I presume he meant Pogba and even that's not true because as poor as he's been at times for utd there's no doubting his quality.
Not to mention his achievements in the game compared to Grealish.
Saying Grealish is twice the player makes me wonder if he's on the spice.
