brilliant mate, love itThe proof they would need could only come from City.
And presumably City would simply refuse to give it to them, making the worst possible charge failure to cooperate.

It's bullshit they cant prove any of it.I guess submitting fraudulent accounts for the best part of a decade, which is essentially what they’re accusing us of, would fall into that category.
I just don’t see either how we could realistically have done that, or how they would even prove it if we had, given our heavily audited accounts, level of scrutiny etc. It seems an incredibly high bar they’ve set themselves here.
liverpool fc aren't respectable though, just a bunch of snidey cunts. The people who stole the login and password kept their jobs at Liverpool. Wasn’t one of them promoted? Which respectable business and company would keep staff who have done that? I would have been sacked straightaway.
What kind if people do they employ and tolerate? When someone does this, you can never trust that they won't do the same to you.Did LFC know they shouldn’t be in there?
Call it what you like. The information/data was knowingly illegally obtained.
I think the accounts on there own look OK but when they are put along side the hacked emails and stories for football leaks the accounts could look slightly differentSo.
Every season the PL audited our accounts for FFP purposes, etc.
And every season the PL were happy with our accounts and signed them off.
Not picking up on anything incorrect or suspicious.
Then 10 years later the PL, without warning, come up with a list of 101 irregularities in our accounts
if those irregularities exist in 2022, why didn’t they exist previously in every financial year when the PL checked our accounts?
And if they did, why didn’t the PL act on them at the time?
There's no way a seven-figure settlement for hacking doesn't get discussed at board level. It will have been a collective decision taken after a thorough examination of facts and the consequences, agreed with the club's lawyers. Nobody could have legislated for a scenario whereby it could have become a material issue a decade later.Or didn’t have a crystal ball.
If the case is not proved however, we should absolutely wipe out the PL. Destroy it from the ground upwards, and take the lead on creating a new league and infrastructure.
Again, that's possibly why they've gone early with it.If we had this information then we could easily get them to back off a long time before we were charged.
There are two cunts who work at the athletic- and he’s both of themSam Lee is not only a **** but he’s an ugly ****!

Liverpool and FSG will watch the Manchester City investigation with interest

No surprise that the vermin are keeping a close eye on the case.

Indeed.
And when City eventually are cleared of all, I fail to see how this doesn't open the Premier league to be sued for all the reputational damage due to all this? especially so if it proved they had no clear case to begin with.
Although that’s a story from over 18 months ago, so not really relevant.![]()

Tell me moreDidn’t Liverpool threaten legal action against a journalist who was looking further into the hacking saga? Can’t remember who the journalist was.

That's my view on what's gone on
"Once and for all"We can’t have them keep coming back at us every few years it isn’t fair to our supporters. Needs sorting its fucking weary
Or didn’t have a crystal ball.
