If that is true, that doesn't sound good at all. The first bit of rumour in a long time that has had me feeling momentarily worried.

I read it merely that the Beeb and ITV have been briefed that a verdict is imminent, not what the verdict is. I cannot imagine the verdict has been shared with any external party tbh, for the very real concern that it would surely leak. And, as far as I am aware, it hasn't leaked. All we are getting is speculation.

Na mate, it won't be a case he goes on the programme to find out the result, it will already be public so if it is a "hit piece" he could simply not go when the time comes around.

I suspect they are lining up people from both sides of the argument and when the verdict drops they will select those available who are most suitable depending on what way the cookie has crumbled.

To get a City perspective. I’m not saying I trust BBC or ITV for one moment, but they still have to broadcast both sides’ reaction, no matter how much they like to screw us.

Do they know it’s imminent? Yes, sounds like they’ve been briefed.

In all fairness, I do think they are all guessing. Based on the initial expected timeframe speculated by lawyers, based on Pep's comments, based on general anticipation bubbling over.

My point was if people are taking this (which they were) as some sign that things are shaping up well, I myself would be thinking the other way.

Regardless, a bit of caution here, would not be the worst thing.

Because he is somewhat of a prominent representation of a City fan or maybe even fanbase. Has appeared on other tv or internet discussions, has his own channel and media presence, and has been pretty vocal throughout.

I don't doubt they would want him on, for when news like this breaks, not one bit.

I do however doubt their intentions. Sorry, I just do.
