Worse than ‘There we land’?"Let's launch"? That is the most feeble pretend ITK catchphrase I have EVER seen. Good god almighty, that is shite on a stick.
It needs to be assessed while you're wearing red shoes, and dancing the blues.Let's launch? Please.
I'm going to start my own transfer news account, I think by catchphrase will be... Hmmm let me think.... Ok,how about "Get ready to rub that duck with some dry toast!"
Looks like full steam ahead for City. If we'd have been found guilty the PL would have been right into us to slam the brakes on our spending.City are the only victims of the delay in revealing the outcome. Guilty or not, we are seen as the guilty party by everyone who isn’t a City supporter, and as this drags on. If innocent they will accuse it as a whitewash, if found guilty, we will appeal and it will drag on for a few more years. I always used to thing football was a game.
Yeah, but maybe we’re going for all this quick spending now precisely cos we know there’s a likely transfer ban incoming? ;-)Looks like full steam ahead for City. If we'd have been found guilty the PL would have been right into us to slam the brakes on our spending.
Either way we need to gamble with buying new players. Our previous stars simply did not perform so need replacements. The longer it goes on the less time we have to strengthen team and management.Yeah, but maybe we’re going for all this quick spending now precisely cos we know there’s a likely transfer ban incoming? ;-)
Maybe, but it’s just as valid as any other bud.Either way we need to gamble with buying new players. Our previous stars simply did not perform so need replacements. The longer it goes on the less time we have to strengthen team and management.
It is probable there is no evidence so we are possibly found guilty by an improbable verdict arrived at by its legal term meaning balance of probability.
We are investing on our own balance of probabilities.
If wrong we appeal the verdict but at least team building has been done.
More than likely we will have won and our gamble to spend will be justified.
Just an opinion.
Yep and all to get the rags back in top spot. Fuckin weird! We have been saying for ages the pl is in self destruction mode.
Not sure that is true though, mate. PSG are liable to the same UEFA regulations as us. I may be wrong here and I apologise if I am. But, I thought FFP was stricter than PSR.If only the cabal and their lackies in the PL were able to understand the accuracy of this post.
Again, we need a rebuild.Yeah, but maybe we’re going for all this quick spending now precisely cos we know there’s a likely transfer ban incoming? ;-)
Is that up to fifa to impose a transfer ban not in the premier leagues remit ..Yeah, but maybe we’re going for all this quick spending now precisely cos we know there’s a likely transfer ban incoming? ;-)
I’m not sure you launder money by giving it to other clubs in other leagues, do you?Does anyone else think that the Saudi league need reining in, in terms of the over-inflated prices that they are offering for players?
Yes, I know they have to pay more to attract anyone, but some of the values that they're offering for mediocre at best players stinks of money-laundering and is also a get-out-of-jail card for cash strapped clubs like united who can then use that money to rebuild a team.
Not sure how they can find us guilty if, as you suggest, there is no evidence. Fairly sure that’s not how balance of probability works.Either way we need to gamble with buying new players. Our previous stars simply did not perform so need replacements. The longer it goes on the less time we have to strengthen team and management.

Thought as you say evidence is proof of action whereas balance of probability is intention to do an action but no evidence you actually did.Not sure how they can find us guilty if, as you suggest, there is no evidence. Fairly sure that’s not how balance of probability works.
If they have no evidence then they have no case. Surely?
No PSR is definitely much stricter than FFPNot sure that is true though, mate. PSG are liable to the same UEFA regulations as us. I may be wrong here and I apologise if I am. But, I thought FFP was stricter than PSR.
There was nothing stopping the big Prmier League clubs getting any of those players.
Vitinha was on loan at Wolves and hardly pulled up any trees.
Depending on club badgeNo PSR is definitely much stricter than FFP
