I had forgotten all about Special K and Bran Flakes, those were both to be avoided unless desperate because it was rumoured they might actually be good for you or give you the shits in the case of Bran Flakes :-)

Dont know about special K not seen them for years, I used to like the old fashioned frosties, like corn flakes but coated in a sort of icing sugar?, I think my favorite now are standard Corn flakes but as you say with sugar on top :-)Special K were awful. Is it still made?
I never liked Ricicles (sugared Rice Krispies) although Rice Krispies with sugar are one of my favourite snacks. I ofter have them after a night match for supper. And yet Frosties are ggggrreeat and that’s the same idea, Corn Flakes coated in sugar.
