At least you won't be disappointed ;)
A risky strategy though.
Hell hath no fury like a treaty bloc scorned as they say.

Well this actually shows quite a large divide. The word brexiter is thrown around here like a derogatory term and quite frankly it's offensive ! It's people like you that divide and conquer because you think you know it all but You don't know it all
its surprised me really ! The word Brexiter now seems like a dirty word ! An insult even, I'd be glad to never hear the term ever again . It's like a person scowls and looks down their nose as they say it. I do want out but others can vote as they wish, personally care not for an institution that despises us as nation. They need us yet hold us in contempt but I'm not here to tell anyone how to think, this is just what I intend to do.
I'm probably just tired of the handful on here that are being over the top in there views
Its fair to say that in the long term I would suspect (and I don't put down every cent of military spend or war down to 911 that started earlier in Afghanistan, in Iran, in Iraq , in Washington 911 was an accelerant) that Brexit will have much more far reaching economic consequences than 911. In part because we have no ammunition left to support banks, grow trade. The cupboards are now bare, interest rates are finished as a weapon so now any shock could be a knockout. if we were a boxer we have been knocked down twice a third punch could be far weaker but have more serious consequences. He has an unhealthy desire to tell people in the uk what's best for them when it does not affect him. He also talks about me paying more tax from the other side of the world. He lives and works in Australia good luck to him. I am not going to tell him how to vote in Australia or how much tax he should or should not pay. It's his business.
He also said by the way voting leave would be much more severe than 911. The economic impacts of 911 and the war and terror that followed that atrocity is nonsense. It's a pathetic analogy.
Get real if we stay in or vote leave the effects on the globe, economic or otherwise are not going to be anything like 911. Life will move on for us all. If it was that dramatic we would not be voting on the referendum in the first place.
Have some perspective.
No we don't and that is the point. We have had a couple of recessions since the 80s. We've had some grim times despite being part of the EU but in or out This is life and how economies work but you cannot be afraid to stand away from the crowd. I know you will vote in because you believe that it will be good for Britain to remain, I applaud you're Courage of conviction and respect that you know that you are doing what you feel is right. Others will go the opposite way.I thought Brexit was the commonly known term for the out campaign. I don't think many people would find it offensive!
I like everyone else can't know it all because the future is uncertain. The recent turbulence in the stock market does suggest that the economy is more at risk of Brexit (and associate speculation) in the short term but we don't of the economy will be better or worse in the longer term.

Apologies for the typos, the screen on my borrowed phone, although functional is smashed to bits making it hard to see what I've typed. I get my new phone tomorrowGood post. Yes I will vote in but there are valid reasons for voting out and our Country will go whichever way the vote goes.
Enjoy it before they ban phones and electricity for UK citizens who voted out. ;)Apologies for the typos, the screen on my borrowed phone, although functional is smashed to bits making it hard to see what I've typed. I get my new phone tomorrow
Haha.Enjoy it before they ban phones and electricity for UK citizens who voted out. ;)
If I tell my three year old not to play around with water near electrical items or she could get hurt, is that a threat or sensible advice? When did sensible advice become a threat and is this a deliberate and clever strategy to try and discredit sensible advice by brexiters?Straight out of the SNP campaign book!
As I don't believe either Brexit or remain is going to solve the issues I am probably far less a remainer than you or many others. That's probably why - loud mouth **** a very fair description though!Ealing mate I'm sure you are a sound bloke but you're not doing the "remain" camp any favours. To be frank you come across as a loudmouth ****, who's opinion is more valid than anyone else. And I'm on your side!! Wind it in pal.
Maybe only from the far right? but if there is celebration by either side that is too overt there could be trouble I guessAnyone think there is a possibility of street protests / riots from the supporters of the losing outcome?
True we need to significantly upgrade the political classwe are talking about politicians here though Lol !! Smart?????
Our politicians care about the next election and tomorrow's news cycle the people are no better . Always looking for someone to blame and easy magic wand solutions so selling out the future.loudmouth cunts, bojo farage and gove also?? ;-)
considering abstaining from this one, it honestly seems pointless. fuck all will be different immediately. ignorance is bliss for many voters, and they don't give a monkeys for their kids, or kids kids. we're European, the bigoted Muppets voting out, if it happens, will see a shitstorm over the next decades. moving to Asia if it goes down.
Possibly. If so, Dover could be the cradle. A down-at-heel town disfigured by immigration fallout and already home to regular "fascist"/"anti-fascist" clashes.
Hopefully not.
A lie is the truth and the truth is a scare tactic .Just watching Gove on the QT special - talking a lot - answering very little just speaking in cliche's and ending almost every answer with the phrase "take back control". Probably seen as a model performance in political terms - say nowt expect what you want and get maximum airtime - but a total waste of time in terms of adding to the debate.
Interestingly when pushed he said we pay around £20bn pa into the EU and get approx £20bn back. Then went on to stick to the £350m pw paid in to the EU. I make that about £190m pw then - when is a lie not a lie?
If the cap fits buddy haha;-)As I don't believe either Brexit or remain is going to solve the issues I am probably far less a remainer than you or many others. That's probably why - loud mouth **** a very fair description though!

That's a fact of all career politicians. In the old days you had to have made a name for yourself in an industry before running for office, not walk straight out of school and try to represent the people. Our politicians care about the next election and tomorrow's news cycle the people are no better . Always looking for someone to blame and easy magic wand solutions so selling out the future.
