Had a rough time recovering from Covid during lockdown, had it 3 times, even though I worked from home ( kids school did FA to mitigate infections) brain fog, real heavy fatigue, cold to my bones, no stamina, suffered with anxiety, I thought I was never going to get back to normal which was terrifying when I needed to work to pay mortgage etc. I needed to be creative, & brain fog wasn’t helping,
I started taking lions mane, which helped the brain fog.
I Deleted Twitter, & stopped watching the news, started listening to more music, podcasts, doing yoga, started CBT, breathing exercises, basically controlling what I could control in my life, taking back the narrative,
I even did Sadhguru’s Inner engineering course, he’s definitely worth a listen.
The establishment wants you worried, stressed, angry, they flood the news with BS, war, death, political instability, yes it happens, I’m not saying don’t recognise it’s happening, but you can only control what is happening to you, I took steps to control it.
