How did it go?
Please tell me you survived.
I had had my first proper booze, smoke and meal out since stating today.
Had a great laugh but feel a tad guilty (and nervous about the coming hangover, been an all dayer)
Goats left knee said:I have 3 weeks done and haven't missed a day. The difference between a photo on day 1 and now is obvious. Have only lost a half stone at best, though some days half of that is back on! I always get through the 1st 12mins of the workout, but by time I get to further on in the workout and they take 30 seconds rest, I often have to pause for a min or two before I can continue. Is this ok?

haha yeah I survived, but can't believe how different it goes from the fit test. This thing is really hard and tiresome. My body is so sore lol and my legs feel like there gonna explode but I guess this is normal... I hope :)

However, I've now got a terrible pain in one of my Achilles' tendon. So bad I'm struggling to walk!
Going to Amsterdam tomorrow so not too fussed, but I want it healed for when I get back.
Anybody else suffered badly with the Achilles?

We are on the last week of the second month and it's only been the last few days or so that I've managed to give the circuits a good go. It still hurts doing the training but afterwards I feel fantastic and am starting to see the results. I would recommend to anyone (and have done)
We are planning to do the first month next week as there was a section of it I couldn't complete but now feel I am ready for it! Has anyone else done this just started the prog again? Just not sure I am ready to face The Asylum quite yet!
