I found day 2 to be the joint hardest day. (I'll leave it a surprise which other day sucks balls, but I bet Philinho can guess)

You're just not prepared for what is coming!
BUT you will be for next time you do it and I reckon that plyo is the hardest day in month one.

So the good news is,,,,, you will get better on each repetition.
Also the leg aches stop by about day 4/5

No one manages it straight through 1st time round.

Hang in there people.

Completely normal, as long as you dont pause the vid (can't believe people do that) Shaun says often that we at home go at our own pace, you've got to think the others in the vid are all fitness instructors, most have twelve years on me!!
This is why I want to complete the first month again now my fitness levels are improved. Can't wait actually!!

I hate plyo with a passion, hardest day in month 1 and hardest day in month 2 too...

If I had to guess, I'd say that Pure Cardio was second hardest, but I enjoy that one the most, my cardio is quite good, I just have no strength so the power based ones I struggle with

Neither of us think we could hack it! 1st because I hear it REALLY corny and 2nd cos we both hate Tanyas smug face and she is featured heavily in hip hop abs from the looks of the advert.

Month 2 plyo I dont mind so much but fucking max interval circuit on month 2, day one nearly put me in the grave and I cant say I light up inside with joy now when I look and see its ugly head on the calender.
Cardio and cardio abs I quite like (although my abs dont must be shy as I cant feckin see em!)
 
Just smashed day 3 I have been doing weights for years so today was fairly easy it's the cardio on day am still crippled from ha

Anyway what are you guys eating?

Is there a meal plan or you just eating
Healthier ?

Tragic Meat Van Guy - hahaha totally agree about Tanya!! I was on the TeamBeachBody forums having a mooch and there's a thread dedicated to her called 'I hate Tanya', seems like we are not alone! Though one reply said that you shouldn't even be watching the screen once you know the moves and she advised training in front of a full length mirror (which I tried and realised just how badly I was doing some of the moves, proper sorted my form out it did)
Agree about the Plyo, just awful in both months. Pure cardio/cardio abs FTW. And although my abs aren't showing -yet- I can feel them for the first time in my life! Same as my thighs which feel tight. Am gonna train up till Xmas and then see how fit I am in the New Year.
Diet wise, we just looked at their plan and adapted it. We alternate steak, chicken and tuna fir teas, eat a lot of fruit and veg and cut out the crap. I gave up booze (not easy when City play in Europe ;) if you've got a iPhone highly recommend the My Fitness Pal app as you can check your calorie intake and workouts, you'll won't waste calories on Mars bars and shite then.
Will be doing weigh in and measurements on Sunday which is our last day if month 2 so will know how much weight-inches I've lost.

No idea what his name is or really what he looks like, as i say, they dont go near him.
He wears what looks like hobnail boots and I've not seen the adverts after the workouts.

Whilst were on the subject, Frankie with the monobrow makes me chuckle too.
 
That is some serious man totty off the market, im gutted. Good luck to him though, they look sweet together.
 
Does anybody do this workout who has previously had problems with their back? If so how do you get on with the workout?

Well ive bitten the bullet and invested in this workout. Im doing the fitness test later this afternoon. Wish me luck...
