I can't make the game on Saturday against Southampton due to having to work. I want two family members to use the tickets instead. They have tried signing up to get a supporter number so I can add them to friends and family. They have signed up fine but still they don't have supporters numbers. Do they have to buy a membership to get one?

Would it be easier to just download my season ticket on to their phones for one game?

The supporter number should be on their account home page. Next to their name

Should be something like Name (supporter number) Tickets Points:

Can you use your apple smart watch with the mobile ticket on it to get into the ground.

Anyone not received their Leipzig ticket yet? I had to change card details which I sorted. I've had the email that says I've purchased the ticket but not the one that gives the link for the mobile ticket. Looking like a day on the phone tomorrow!! Just checked my 'wallet' at 23:30 tonight. Its arrived - seemingly using a method devised by Paul Daniels!

Some one on here said something about something being embedded in the QR code. so if you take a picture the copy won't work. Don't understand it myself but maybe some one with a bit more knowledge may give you the definitive answer.

Cheers. Problem we’ve got is that his tickets are not associated to his account for some reason so they don’t even show up there just in his wallet.

We feel incredibly lucky to have your loyal support and we know that in the weeks building up to the start of the season, and over the course of the opening matches, the supporter experience connected to the management of online ticketing accounts and access to the Club’s call centre have both been points of frustration.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you that we are working to address these issues through the employment of additional call centre support staff focussed on reducing call waiting and email response times in particular.

We are also continuing to develop the Club’s ticketing systems and platforms to ensure your online accounts are easier to manage and navigate, which will increase the speed at which many changes can be made.

As part of our service operations review and following discussions with the City Matters supporter consultation group, we can also confirm that Ticket Transfer will now operate for all Cup competitions this season.

Whilst we believe it is important to ensure that any supporters who do qualify for priority access to Cup Final tickets are those that have also attended previous Cup matches in the respective competition, we also understand that there are occasions where attending a match is not possible.

With immediate effect you can transfer your ticket for Wednesday’s match at home to RB Leipzig if you are registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme. You can find out how to use the Ticket Transfer process by clicking here. If you are registered on the League Cup Scheme you will have the opportunity to transfer your ticket for the Wycombe Wanderers match and we will notify you when this is available.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Etihad Stadium for our next home match and thank you for your patience and understanding as we resume many of the Supporter Service functions that have not been in place for the past 18 months.

I’m a season ticket holder and I’ve opted for print at home this season. I’m not on the CL scheme so wasn’t allocated a seat for the Leipzig game. If I decide to buy a ticket for that game now and opt for a mobile ticket does that affect my print at home status for the remainder of the league fixtures ?

Not as far as I'm aware. In fact it's probably more likely that you'd get a PaH ticket without the choice, as that's how your account is set up.
 
I have printed off my ticket for Saturdays game, & realized i cannot now go to the game, can my son use my ticket without showing photo I.D. because the ticket says photo I.D. needed ??
Do they actually check photo I.D. ?
