    Anyone been travelling?

I started repping in Greece when I was 20 and that introduced me to people from all over the world, reps and holidaymakers. Got my bug by going to visit people in the winter months....couple of days here, couple of weeks there, couple of months and deportation from there. Its the greatest...

    TV as a kid

HR puffenstuff. watch with mother catweasel land of the giants, used to think we were cool cos we had pipeline tv in the south so we had 4 channels and the radio on the tele.

Not Getting In The Opposing Players Faces

I didn't watch the game today but have said this for ages...we are unable to close players down and we give other teams too much time on the ball. We have no one in midfield who can spread the play or pick a pass. Watched 2 matches this week and both teams that won were all over the pitch...

    My Thoughts, On Everything Really

maybe we didn't deserve to win but we certainly had a good go but we are missing that cutting edge. When they attacked they had men in the box but when we went forward we were lucky to get 2 in the box. We gave them too much space and apart from a few shining moments we never looked like we knew...

    Why do you follow City?

My ex Bro-in-law was a blue and so were all his mates. I was 28 years old and had never liked football. he dragged me to my first footie match at Maine road and from then on i was hooked.........and i liked the colour blue.

    Lescott or Dunne?

Dunne anyday, lescott was no way worth the wedge that we paid for him and plays like a donkey. Infact lets get rid of all the back 4 and start again cos none of them are upto the task at the moment.

Mark Hughes....and thank you Mark Huighes [Merged]

    Re: MADNESS !!!! <a class="postlink" href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/dec/19/premier-league-manchester-city-sunderland" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009 ... sunderland</a> I think this says it all.

    Just been told Hughes has........

Well if thats the only qualification required to be manager of Manchester City Football Club, the owners can expect 48,000 applications for the post if & when it does become available, cos we could all do that! It doesn't mean any of us would actually be qualified though does it, and if Hughes...

Why I am frustrated with our performances

These are exactly the tactics employed by Hughes when he was at Blackburn. we have no creativity in the team as a whole and i use the word team loosely because they are not gelling. last night we had players in uncomfortable positions and no idea of what to do there. We allow other teams too...

We are the worst fans in the league

Is it wrong to expect someone who is not shy about taking their wages to put a bit of work in......I think not. If i worked like half of our team seem to, I'd get sacked. To me that feeling is not about being a bad fan; its expecting the team I follow, support, sweat for, scream for, cry for...

Are the Players to Blame? Not Hughes?

I feel so sorry for all the supporters who trecked down to witness that shambles. That wasnt a team out there but 10 men who didnt have a clue. Wrong players , wrong formation and why Micah richards takes throwins is beyond me. This was a must win game for us and although spurs weren't great...

Progress and why Hughes should stay!

I'll agree with most of what you say apart from the signings. Dunne is better than toure and lescott is a Donkey who should be in the Championship and not in our back 4.

We dont look like a team under Hughes

I am really glad that someone else has said this and I agree with them. Only on a few occasions this season have we played as a team and not 11 individuals and on those occasions we have won and nearly won. I dont agree with hughes but he is the manager and city are my life so i'll...

Why do you United fans call us....

Thats not nice.....Some of us "Cockneys" made the right choice with our football support. And we travel ( although not as much as we used to).

    Just watchin the game back.....

I agree with all you said and I will add that 3 papers I have read today have made no mention of Chelseas 6 cards and 2 even said how Ashley Cole ran rings round Micah. Must have been another dimension I watched my game in. Chelsea were like a petulant little child when they dont get their own way.

    Richards...

Having always been a fan of Micah Richards i was disappointed when his form slipped but the same could be said for the rest of the team...the desire was missing. However having watched him and the rest of the team have a stormer yesterday I hope that they are all coming back into the groove...

    Match of the Day

What a load of B*****x, ok they said they enjoyed the game, said we played as a team. No mention of Chelsea acting like a petulant child and throwing their dummies out of the pram, no mention of chelseas 6 bookings. Only concentrated on chelsea with the footage, didnt say that swp made cole look...

    a question for the "outers"

If Hughes was to leave or be sacked in my mind there is only one man who can step into his shoes and take the team by the reins, dont know if he or anyone could rescue our season now but next season would be a good laugh... especially post match interviews. Come On down......Mr Neil Warnock.
