I'd love to believe this, but I think there has been a lot of rewriting of history this summer after negotiations have failed. Every reputable journalist on the planet was all about Kane and Ronaldo this summer to us. I love some itk action but sometimes there is just too much smoke for there not to be a fire.

Let's just cross our fingers and hope he is right about Erling, would be the biggest signing if our history and one that will shake the world.

That's all I got. To me, this seems very accurate overall, with a few blips that can mostly be attributed to the everchanging nature of football transfers, that can be on and off in the blink of an eye. I see no reason to doubt him for the most part.

Why the hell would Dortmund accept a lower fee in January rather than sell him this window? Makes no sense at all. Surely they would have taken 90-100 this window if his fee is dropping to circa 70 in January?

Maybe clubs were put off by Minos fee. That’s what Chelsea briefed. They stopped going for him as Mino wanted a big fee on top of the transfer fee
