Wembleys roof is always open, it doesn't fully close. What they do when there isn't anything on is open the roof up over the seats a bit more to let more sunlight onto the pitch.

£25 is a good price as it's £10 to go from Birmingham New Street to Leicester return. I heard yesterday that ticket prices for Leics fans are...Season ticket holder £15, non season ticket holder £20. I expect the same will apply to away fans as well, usually does on cup games.

About an hour from New Street to Leicester, they could go direct or take the scenic route via Derby as it would be a Sunday. IIRC it's around £10 return as well.
